  • Microsoft Security Patches applied manually.
  • Third Party Patches (Adobe Reader, Java, Flash, Skype, Firefox, Chrome)
  • Logical Disk Drive (Health and space available)
  • Physical Disk Health and error
  • Defrag disk drive to maintain performance
  • Reboot server to refresh memory and applications
  • Check System and Applications events logs
  • Deleted Temporary files to free up space and maintain performance
  • Check Backup is completed and successful. (Create new backup if failure in the past)
  • Test Backup of recent images
  • Check offsite backup status
  • Check Antivirus health and update status
  • Check memory usage and make necessary recommendation
  • Actively look for errors in servers and applications to be resolve by technician
  • Check internet speed to determine any bottle necks
  • Exchange database Health check (integrity and performance and size)
  • Applied special Service packs and dot net framework when available.

  • Check firewall health and security (SonicWALL Log, CPU, sessions, licenses)
  • Create backup image of firewall configurations
  • Backup phones system configurations (3cx)
  • Check for RBL Blacklisted IP
  • Check NAS Disk Health
  • Check NAS logical disk space

Desktops:

  • Automated weekly Microsoft Security Patches applied manually.
  • Automated weekly Third Party Patches (Adobe Reader, Java, Flash, Skype, Firefox, Chrome, Shockwave, Quicktime)
  • Monitor Logical and physical Disk Drive (Health and space available)
  • Monitor malware software’s installations
  • Check Antivirus health and update status
  • Check backup status and escalate to technician for repeated fail jobs

  • Asset report for planning and monitoring.
  • Server Management Report (Health of the systems)
